Create a paid API
Type a sentence in the studio and get a live, priced endpoint in about two minutes.
Pay for an API
Point an agent at an endpoint. It deposits USDC once, then pays per call with no keys.
How it works
The full loop from a sentence to a paid endpoint with safe on-chain settlement.
The escrow response gate
The core primitive: agents pay only after the response passes validation.
The idea in one paragraph
AI agents can now hold and move money, but there is almost nothing built for them to buy, and putting a small paid API into the world still means servers, billing, API keys, and ops. So the long tail of useful tools never gets monetized. Even when a service exists, an agent cannot really use it on its own, because it needs a signup, a key, and it has to pay before it knows if the answer is any good. Utter closes that gap: describe an endpoint in one sentence and get a live API that agents pay for per call, with payment taken only after the response passes validation, so an agent never pays for a bad answer. Two audiences, one loop
Creators
Vibe-coders and builders who want a priced URL fast. You utter a sentence, watch it build, set a price, and earn the majority of every call. Zero servers, zero billing setup.
Agent operators
Agents deposit USDC once and then discover and pay per call with no API keys and no humans. Use the reference buyer SDK or the MCP server from Claude Desktop or Cursor.
Try it now
Every deployed endpoint refuses an unpaid call with an HTTP 402. See the payment gate on a live endpoint:/.well-known/agent-card.json. When an agent signs a USDC payment, the facilitator reserves the cap, the handler runs, the response is validated, and only then does the payment settle.
Utter runs on Arc Testnet (chain id
5042002). Settlement is in USDC. Live app: app.utter.technology. Explorer: testnet.arcscan.app.
